WinExit 1.0, a freeware utility to shutdown Win95/98 or NT

This small utility has one function, to quickly shutdown 
Windows 95/98 or NT as specified by the user.  The default 
if no command line argument is specified is to log the 
user off and shutdown (same as the -s option). A variety 
of command line functions are provided to customize the 
utilities' behavior.  They are as follows.

-fr : Logoff and force a reboot.  Some applications may 
	lose data if this option is used so use it with 
	care.
-r  : Logoff and reboot.  This allows applications to 
	respond to the Shutdown request and possibly 
	halt it.
-fs : Logoff and force a shutdown.  Some applications may 
	lose data if this option is used so use it with 
	care.
-s  : Logoff and shutdown.  This allows applications to 
	respond to the Shutdown request and possibly halt
	it.
